What We Do

We organize and promote blood drives with churches, colleges and high schools. Instead of giving away t-shirts, we donate $20 per blood donor to help people in need. Blood for Missions also works as a bridge between the blood bank/hospital and the blood drive host, scheduling and guiding promotion of the blood drive event. On the day of the blood drive, Blood for Missions is on site working to ensure the host and their blood donors are comfortable and that the fundraising event is a success!

After the blood drive is complete, Blood for Missions tallies the pints collected and writes a check directly to the benefiting mission within 45 days. The blood drive host receives a copy of this check to ensure the funds have been delivered as promised. Blood for Missions also follows up with the benefiting mission to ensure that the funds have been used as advertised.
